TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of eestelia.com and any bookings or services provided by Estilo Hair Ltd, trading as Eestelia Hair Salon, located at 8 High Street, Dalkeith, Edinburgh, EH22 1HR. By using our website or booking a service with us, you agree to these terms in full.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are provided at consultation and may vary depending on hair type, length, and the method required. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit forms part of your total service cost and will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice or a no-show.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CLIENT
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service or cancellation at our discretion, and your deposit may be forfeited. We ask that you arrive with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise agreed at consultation.
Eestelia Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse service where the condition of a client's hair or scalp may be affected by a medical condition, infestation, or any circumstance that may affect the health and safety of our staff or other clients. In such cases deposits will be handled at our discretion.
